The Amazfit T‑Rex 3 is a rugged smartwatch built for adventures and intense training. It combines durable construction with advanced outdoor navigation and performance technology. The 1.5" AMOLED display with up to 2000 nits of brightness provides excellent visibility even in direct sunlight.

The case features a 316L stainless steel bezel and a polymer mid-frame, balancing durability and lightness. It has water resistance up to 10 ATM, a freediving certification to 45 meters, and a 700 mAh battery that delivers up to 27 days of typical use, 13 days in heavy use, 42 hours with precise GPS, and up to 180 hours in long‑duration GPS mode.

Navigation is handled by dual‑band GPS compatible with 6 satellite systems, with offline maps and turn‑by‑turn guidance — useful for trails and ski resorts. For outdoor activities, it includes environmental sensors such as a compass, barometric altimeter, storm alert, solar and lunar information, and tide data.

There are over 170 sports modes, including triathlon and ultramarathon. Zepp Coach with AI creates personalized plans and provides detailed performance metrics like VO₂ Max, training load and effect, and recovery time.

Smart features include Zepp Flow for AI voice control and automatic voice‑to‑text replies in messaging apps. Connectivity via 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth 5.2 enables integration with Android and iOS smartphones through the Zepp app. For health, it includes the BioTracker PPG sensor for blood oxygen measurement, plus an accelerometer, gyroscope and body temperature sensor.
