The Cuisinart STM-4000 digital steamer delivers healthy, convenient cooking by steaming food evenly to preserve flavor, texture and nutrients.
The intuitive digital panel offers 8 preset programs for poultry, fish, seafood, grains and vegetables, and lets you set steaming time for up to 60 minutes. Extra functions include keep-warm, defrost and a delay start of up to 12 hours to plan meals in advance.
The adjustable stainless-steel cooking tray accommodates different food sizes. The removable water reservoir has sufficient capacity to prepare full meals without refilling during use, and the “Add Water” indicator alerts when the tank needs filling. The descaling function helps maintain appliance performance.
The glass pot and glass lid (with stainless-steel rim) allow you to serve directly at the table and are easy to clean; the pot is dishwasher-safe. The steam system surrounds food from top to bottom for consistent results.
