The Cuisinart Air Fryer ADZ-112C is designed for convenience and consistent results. It features two independent 5.5 Qt (5.2 liter each) baskets, allowing you to cook different foods at the same time with separate time and temperature settings.
The Sync Finish function synchronizes the end of cooking in both baskets, ensuring dishes are ready at the same time. There are six cooking functions — air fry, bake, oven cook, grill, dehydrate and Keep Warm — and five automatic programs to simplify recipes like fries, wings, frozen snacks, vegetables and nuggets.
This model includes large viewing windows to monitor cooking without opening the baskets and a flip-reminder to ensure even browning and crisping. The touch-sensitive digital controls allow time adjustment up to 60 minutes and temperature up to 232 °C. There is also an automatic Keep Warm mode to hold food at serving temperature.
