The PrecisionSlice Cuisinart CTG-00-PMAN2 vertical mandoline combines ease and versatility with a design that keeps hands away from the dual-beveled embedded blades. The spring-loaded handle reduces wrist and hand strain during use.

Slide controls let you switch between cutting options to create even slices, thick and thin julienne strips, and cubes. The control knob rotates to select 40 adjustable thickness options, from 1 mm to 8 mm.

The extra-wide feed tube accommodates larger cuts, minimizing trimming, and the angled gravity-feed design provides smooth, effortless slicing. The suction-cup base and non-slip collection container keep the unit stable during use.
