Measure the internal temperature of food instantly with the KitchenAid KQ905G Instant-Read Digital Thermometer.

It features a backlit LCD that displays temperature clearly. Readings are obtained in less than 6 seconds and the "Hold" function keeps the last recorded temperature on the screen even after removing the thermometer from the food.

The ultra-fine tip makes food penetration easier and comes with a protective sheath/case to store the probe. A button switches between Celsius and Fahrenheit, with a range of -40 to +250°C (-40 to +482°F).
