The grapes were transferred to the winery in Colchagua, where they were selected using Vistalys to ensure a high standard of quality control.
The juice was naturally decanted in stainless-steel tanks and then 100% fermented in stainless-steel vats to preserve the fruit's freshness. Malolactic fermentation was not carried out.
