The grapes were brought to the cellar in Colchagua and underwent selection using Vistalys optical technology, ensuring high-standard quality control.

The juice was naturally racked in stainless-steel tanks and 100% fermented in stainless-steel vats to preserve the fruit's freshness. Malolactic fermentation was not carried out, maintaining a fruit-forward profile.
