Varietal: 60% Viognier, 25% Gewürztraminer, 15% Sauvignon Blanc.

Fermentation: maximum fermentation temperature 16ºC for 11 days; malolactic fermentation in 20% of the grapes.

Aging: 9 months in French oak, adding complexity and subtle honeyed notes.

Tasting profile: aromas of white fruit and peach, delicate floral notes typical of Gewürztraminer and citrus characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc. An elegant wine with balanced acidity.

Pairing: recommended with white meats, shellfish and processed fish.
